Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.
During high order volumes, processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by shipping carrier delays beyond our control.

Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable, carriers may attempt delivery again. You can coordinate directly with the carrier using your tracking information.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. KILL WILL INDIA is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
