If you are not happy with your track pant product, we offer a return and refund policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for returning track pants.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Period: You may return track pants within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

  2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, track pants must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear worn, damaged, altered, or do not meet these criteria.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Track pants that have been customized or personalized
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
  2. Ship the Item(s): Pack the track pants securely and ship them to the return address provided by our team. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned track pants, we will inspect them. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for track pants. If you wish to order a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive track pants that are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@killwillindia.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders for track pants may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please get in touch with our customer support team.
